RJA #9b: Argument

Research Question- Should age descrimination be allowed in employment?

  • Employers hiring manual labor positions have to descriminate by age to ensure a more productive employee.
  • In manual labor jobs, it will be more difficult for an older employee to stay physically healthy than a younger employee.
  • In a computer-based job, a younger new-hire will take less time and effort to train than an older employee.
